According to the press publications website, "Published: Wednesday, October 13, 2010 4:49 PM CDT CIRCLE PINES — Centennial High School graduate Tyler Pitlick, picked 31st by the Edmonton Oilers in last June’s NHL Draft, will play against the Minnesota Wild next Thursday night at the Xcel Energy Center. Good seats were still remaining at press time last Friday."
I did check the date, so I'm not sniffing glue. I don't think a whole bunch of injuries have happened today? Do I dare say that unless I missed something (possible), this is impossible?
OK, I will... impossible.

No idea how legit these people are. I couldn't find any other source saying this. So if Tyler Pitlick does indeed play with the Oilers on Thursday, remember... you heard it here second! If not... then they are the glue sniffers, not me.

What is this I don't even....
ReplyDeleteThis has to be a mistake. He would not be the first callup if there were injuries which I don't think there are. So yeah, they are glue sniffers!
ReplyDeletecouldn't be a callup unless it was an emergency situation anyways. not a chance.
ReplyDeleteJust talked with TSN's Ryan Rishaug. He confirmed to me that unless there is an emergency, Pitlick can't be called up to play with the Oilers.
ReplyDeleteWho let's these people write these kinds of articles for newspapers? Worse than bloggers...
Maybe the writer has ESP and can foresee an emergency situation.
