Junior Draft eligible players are now playing in playoffs and getting their final opportunities to showcase to NHL scouts their talents before the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. The Oilers have been on a winning streak as of late and could be looking at drafting anywhere between 25-29th come draft time, so people's desire to see them draft a top defencemen may very well come to place. It will be a interesting race to say the least.

Rielly before Dumba? Would never happen Rielly has been injured all year and Dumba has been playing great.
ReplyDeleteI would beg to differ. Dumba plays like a man among boys but very likely his game won't translate as well into the NHL. Rielly is a much more offensive defencemen who should he have played could even have been considered for top defencemen available. Providing his team Moose Jaw continues to win, you very well could see him play yet.
ReplyDeleteJust because a player was injured does not always say they are a worse player. Respect your opinion but very few people know much about Rielly and what he offers as a defencemen.
