Here is the Head Scratcher of the day. The Oilers fired the head coach. CLICK HERE Ahhh... You were thinking MacT. Me too. But it's not.
Jeff Truitt was a decent coach. He did well with the Kelowna Rockets. Won a Championship. But after one season with the Springfield Falcons, the Oilers are going to move in a new direction. Something is telling me that that was the wrong guy to be fired. Sure the Falcons are stinking it up down there, but so is the parent club up here. And yet they fire the minor league coach? Yeah... A real Head Scratcher!
